Staff use the company's information systems because the job requires it, which means the friction never arrives as a complaint.

So the first task is finding where the work actually stalls, not asking what people dislike. Those are different lists and only one of them is worth fixing.

We ran research with the people doing the work, then took what it found into interface and graphics improvements.
