Kids Platform

A kids mode has two users who must never meet on the same screen — the child using it and the parent setting its limits.

Kids mode shipped across several new handsets, and the graphics had to stay the same while the hardware and the platform underneath them did not.

So the child's screen and the parent's screen are separated before either is designed — everything else follows from where that line is drawn. Character work and graphic tone were settled alongside it.
