Getting it right is how the system shows what it has been keeping.

04 WHAT AEON WORKED THROUGH HERE
Getting better at it made people less comfortable with it, which is not a trade the usual measures can see. Accuracy was the product and accuracy was the disclosure. The work went into what the surface says about what it keeps, offered before the accuracy arrives rather than after someone has noticed.
The question it keeps returning to is how close is too close — a system that holds back to seem less knowing is worse at the thing it exists for, and one that does not is judged on the keeping rather than the helping.
